Provide multiple video and audio output selections in Advanced . . . section of ready-made presets

Ready-Made Presets are and excellent starting point, but there is not enough flexibility to meet user requirements.

For instance, Media Share on Direct TV plays only HD formatted with MP2 Video and MP2 Audio. The preset for HD does allows only ACC audio. The codex for MP2 audio is selectable in the MPG-2 NTSC Ready-Made preset, but not in HD formats.

How about allowing choices of bit rate, sample rate, frame rate, e.t.c. These could be saved as User Presets and shared among Users!
